17 Months Old

Lots of pictures lately but little else so thought we should say a few words about what's new.  At 17 months old, both boys walk and run well, like playgrounds and are very interested in stairs (which is unfortunate since we live in a loft with no stairs!).  Strangely, both boys say the same couple of words:  cah (car), ba (ball), du (duck) and qha (quack) and, of course our favorites, "Ma" and "Da!"  They do each have a couple of words of "their own"--"Wha dhat" and "Wha dhis" for Luke and "Moh" and "Mi" (more and mine) for Jack. As far as eating, they aren't picky at all.  They both try and eat with a fork and spoon with varying degrees of success depending on what's being served (spaghetti last night was a poor decision).  As far as toys and interests, Luke is into all things electronic and Jack really likes books.

We still get asked regularly by strangers if they are identical twins but, in general, most people think they are looking less alike.

We think they are great!

Nice May day
